INTRINSICALLY SAFE TI TEMPERATURE SENSORS

are designed to measure temperature in wells located in tanks, pipelines, containers, air, etc. The measured medium may be a flammable liquid or an explosive gas. The temperature is converted into an electrical signal using resistive elements – Ni 1000 or Pt 100 sensors. Intrinsically safe temperature sensors can be equipped with electronics in the sensor body, which transfers the sensor voltage to a unified electrical signal of 4 – 20 mA or 5 – 15 Hz. The power supply for the intrinsically safe temperature sensor is provided from a 4 – 20 mA current loop (two-wire) or from an intrinsically safe power supply with a digital output (four-wire).
